The Slow Food Ireland Sugarloaf Club is delighted to announce that once more, the Chefs and Crew from the Strawberry Tree restaurant will spend the night in the kitchens of the BrookHall preparing the Sugarloaf’s Annual Wild Foods Dinner which will take place in the stunning River Room in Macreddin Village on this November 16th. 2013. This is now Irelands largest Wild Foods Dinner.
Commencing with a Wild Foods ‘Dinner Dissected’ Master Class in the afternoon and encompassing The Annual Wild Foods Dinner, reception, wine, bed and breakfast, special speakers and much more…there is really only one place to be in Ireland on this very special Saturday 16th of November.
