Booked Treatments:

To fully enjoy our Thermal Suite facilities and relax prior to your treatment we recommend you arrive 45 minutes to 1 hour before allocated treatment time.  If you are coming from your room, please arrive to the Spa in your robe and slippers where convenient.

Anyone arriving late may have their treatment time cut short while being charged in full.

You may be asked for medical details, which are confidential, and for your safety and we would ask that you give full details of any medical history, illnesses, allergies or medication prior to any treatment.

To ensure your relaxation and that of others we would ask clients to switch off use of mobile phones while in the vicinity of the spa.

All treatments included in packages are standard treatments. However, should you wish to upgrade or personalise your treatments please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to facilitate you. Treatment lengths are indicated and 5 minutes should be deducted at the end for room cleaning etc.

It is suggested that if you are having treatments subsequent to hotel check-out time that you place any relevant items in hand luggage for use in the Spa.

It is advisable when attending the Wells Spa, that any personal effects be left in either your locker or at home.

Day Packages:

Please arrive @ The Wells for 9.30am allowing time to change and relax before starting treatments.

Cancellation Charges: A 48 Hour Cancellation Charge applies to all treatments booked @ The Wells
